1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Casco Surfboards offers shipping services for surfboards and fins across Australia. We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. The shipping methods available include:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days after order processing.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days after order processing.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, external factors (e.g., weather conditions), and carrier services.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

Surfboards: Due to their size and weight, shipping costs for surfboards are calculated separately. During the checkout process, you will be provided with a shipping quote based on your delivery address.

Fins: Shipping costs for fins are generally lower and are calculated based on standard parcel shipping rates.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Surfboard Shipping Times
For surfboards in stock, shipping is usually arranged within 3–5 business days after processing.
For pre-order surfboards, please allow 4 to 7 weeks total, including production and delivery time.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than standard delivery times.
- PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver surfboards to PO Boxes due to size restrictions. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
6. Shipping Partners
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners include Australia Post, Toll Group, and other trusted providers.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment using the carrier's website.
8. Shipping Insurance
All surfboard shipments are insured against damage or loss during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@cascosurfboards.com for assistance.
9. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping options.
